Co-Owner/Psychotherapist
Lora is a co-owner of Mt. Airy Psychological Services and has been a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) since 2013. She is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating perinatal mental health and parenting challenges. Lora loves supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early years of parenting, and she brings warmth, empathy, and a practical approach to this deeply meaningful work.
In her clinical practice, Lora draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Behavioral Interventions. She also has a strong background in Play Therapy, which informs her work with families and children.
A board-approved supervisor since 2018, Lora enjoys mentoring newer clinicians and watching them grow into confident, thoughtful professionals. As a business owner, she is committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment for both clients and staff.
Co-Owner/Psychologist
Lauren is a co-owner of Mt. Airy Psychological Services and a licensed clinical psychologist with over 16 years of experience. She is passionate about providing affirming, culturally responsive psychotherapy to marginalized populations, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQI+ individuals. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and helping clients develop an empowered, strengths-based path to healing.
In addition to individual therapy, Lauren is a dedicated supervisor who mentors emerging clinicians with compassion and clarity. She also consults with local organizations to support mental health, inclusion, and overall well-being in community and workplace settings.
Outside of her professional life, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and is a proud plant momma to over 75 thriving plants.
Registered Psychology Associate/School Psychologist
Christina is a Registered Psychology Associate with over ten years of experience in psychological testing and assessment. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals across various age groups, providing in-depth evaluations to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. Christina specializes in administering a wide range of psychological assessments, tailoring each assessment to the unique needs of her clients.
Her extensive experience allows her to offer insightful, reliable results that help guide clinicians, families, and individuals in making informed decisions about treatment. Christina is deeply committed to ensuring that each client’s assessment is thorough and supportive of their mental health journey.
Beyond her testing expertise, Christina is passionate about providing compassionate care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic treatment approaches. Her approach to psychological testing is grounded in empathy and a dedication to helping clients better understand themselves and their needs.

Therapist
Rosa is a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) with extensive experience working with children, adults, and families. She draws from DBT, IFS, and psychodynamic modalities, and has training in Functional Family Therapy. Rosa has supported clients in diverse settings, including acute trauma care, in-home family work, and traditional office therapy. Deeply valuing collaborative care she prioritizes open-communication, humor, and authenticity as the foundation for fostering personal healing and symptom relief.
Rosa has experience providing counseling on issues ranging from life transition, anxiety, and depression, to relationship challenges, and parenthood. Her experience in non-traditional spaces has shaped her adaptable, creative approach to therapy, and her time in caregiving has deepened her understanding of the ‘person-in-environment’ influence of family dynamics on well-being. She encourages individuals to creatively honor their unique stories and wisdom through insight-oriented work, mindfulness practices, and strength-based skills building.
Outside of therapy, Rosa enjoys listening to spooky podcasts, weight lifting, reading, and camping with family.
